Ok, I installed Vista with really no problems. However, I can not get onto the Internet. I was able to correctly ID the right driver for the linksys wireless card I have installed. I can connect to the router successfully. But, when it comes to bringing up the net, nothing happens. Vista says I have interference as a possible factor for the error. It said to turn off the modem and back on again. I did that and moved the comp to the same room as the wireless router, which is a Linksys WRT54GS.
Same resut. Good signa, no Net. I can file share with the other computers, but that's it. The Vista PC even sees my iMac.
Is there some setting I am missing? Any help would be gladly appreciated.
